Beauty and the Bundles Hair Collection LLC Return Policy




Please be sure that you are truly interested in the product before purchasing. We do not offer refunds. If you receive the product and are no longer interested in what you purchased, you will have 48 hours from the day of delivery to contact us to process a return. Once your return has been received, you will then be credited with a store credit not a refund within 1-2 business days from receiving the return.

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, items must be in their original packaging and may not have the tags or labels removed in order to be considered for a store credit. 

Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color and texture desired. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without fully undoing the packaging. The only exception to this is receiving the incorrect order. **Please note the photos of our hair are either in their raw state, styled, or they are a stock photo and not altered. It is possible that washing it, detangling, or applying heat to the hair will cause it to differ from the photos online and the desired texture you purchased. We do offer replacements for hair that is defective. Before receiving the hair, we will be sure to perform a thorough inspection in order to ensure the consistency and quality meet our standards. If you happen to mistakenly receive hair that is defective, please contact us with pictures and videos proving that the hair you received is of poor quality. When you send the pictures/videos the hair should still be in its natural state and also in its original packaging i.e bundle wrapping. Beauty and the Bundles Hair Collection LLC has full discretion in determining if the product that you received is defective. If your order has been officially deemed defective by Beauty and the Bundles Hair Collection LLC upon receipt of visual proof, the hair must be sent back to the return address. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return in the package. Receiving defective hair will result in an exchange of product. Once your return has been received, your package will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. No refund to the form of payment used can be received after returning the hair, only a replacement or a store credit towards a future order. 

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit or replacement. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded for store credit or replacement. Sale items include any item price ending in 99 or 49. Full price items will end in 00. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and follow the steps stated above. 

Items marked as a gift when purchased will result in a refund of a store credit or exchange and sent to the original buyer. you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be inclusive in your store credit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
